Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and can ONLY be used for rescheduling within a 1-day timeframe. The service HAS to be of EQUAL deposit amount that you’re rescheduling for, if not, the remaining deposit will be lost. Deposits CANNOT be applied to future appointment payments if not used for rescheduling within the timeframe and of equal deposit amount. If you make an additional appointment without rescheduling and transferring original deposit and putting down another deposit, the original deposit will be lost and CANNOT be applied to your new appointment. So PLEASE choose the rescheduling option and not make a new deposit appointment because the original deposit CANNOT also be applied to your appointment payment. Deposits WILL be lost and a new deposit will need to be processed. I charge an extra $100 for coming in on any off days. Thank you.-Shawn W.
